Anti-Bullying

Bullying is NOT accepted at Beaulieu

Bullying is behaviour by an individual/group repeated over time, which intentionally hurts another individual/group either physically or emotionally.

If you are caught bullying then punishments will escalate and may lead to permanent exclusion. Bullying another student is the complete opposite of our ARRK principles.

The Anti-Bullying Policy can be found under the Policies tab

Bullying includes:

  • Posting degrading images or hurtful comments on social media
  • Sending offensive or degrading images by phone
  • Excluding people from other groups
  • Spreading hurtful rumours (true or untrue)
  • Taunting
  • Mocking
  • Hitting of any kind
  • Pushing
  • Name calling
  • Gossiping
  • Taking belongings
  • Offensive graffiti
  • Making offensive comments

If you feel you are being bullied:

Tell an adult what has happened straight away, or tell another student.

If you find it difficult to talk to anyone at school or at home, you may wish to contact Childline (link at the bottom of this page) for confidential advice and support:
